FAQ's

How should I submit an Abstract?
Send us your abstracts as per the sample template in Abstract Submission page or you can send your abstract directly through email to the conference secretary.
Do you have any template for abstract/paper submission?
Yes, we have a template for abstract submission. Please download it from the Abstract Submission page.
May I submit more than one proposal?
Yes. You may submit more than one proposal and participate in more than one session either in oral or poster session. However, you may not present more than two papers during the conference.
When will I know if my paper has been accepted?
Once you submit the abstract, we will let you know the acceptance in 10 business days. If you are not receiving the acceptance of abstract, please contact the conference secretary.
When do the registrations open?
Registrations are open for the International Industrial Ecology Conference – IIECON-2025 from 1 June, 2024.

What are the registration rates?

What does my registration cost cover?
The registration cost covers:
  • Access to all presentations by speakers
  • Conference kit including name tag, program booklet and abstract book
  • 2 Coffee breaks and lunch for all the conference days
  • Certificate of participation
Note: Participants registered under Student and Delegate category are not allowed to present their papers in Oral Presentation category. Students are allowed to present a Poster depicting their research and answer any questions at the poster stand.
When will I receive my registration materials?
Registration materials will be distributed on the site upon checking in at the registration counters.
I will not be presenting any work at the Event. May I still attend the event?
We welcome participants who are not presenting work under delegate category.
Are there any discounts for group registration?
Yes, we have discounts for group participants. For information and discount codes please contact conference secretary
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretary
Cancellation before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $100 towards processing fee
Cancellations order placed within 80 days of the conference start date is non-refundable but will be transferred to upcoming events
Registrations are transferable until March 10, 2025 and any transfer requests after March 10, 2025 are not transferable
Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference
How do I get a receipt for my registration?
You will get the payment receipt from conference secretary within 2 to 4 business days. For further information contact conference secretary through email: IIECON2025@wisdommeetings.org
What is the time given for the speaker?
Each presentation by the speaker shall last for 20-25 minutes for presentation including Q/A session. We suggest that the speaker conclude his talk within 15 to 18 minutes to give ample time for any questions the attendees may have.
What are the requirements for presenting a poster? What is the size of a poster?
Poster Dimensions: The display area for each poster on the poster board is 1 m wide by 1 m high.
All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters. The conference organizers are NOT able to receive any posters by mail in advance, print or transport posters. There will NOT be facilities on-site for printing or composing posters.
What language should I speak during presentation?
The working language of the conference is English.
Do I get a translator during my presentation?
Translators will not be available during presentations. If you wish you can get your own translator
Can I bring my own laptop for presentation?
Taking the timelines and technical set up into consideration, using personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable conditions.
