About Conference

The concept of industrial ecology with its main aim of advancing human and planetary wellbeing has gained a lot of public interest over the past few decades. However, the challenges to sustain human industry and its impacts are continuing to grow.

The spatial scale at which industrial ecology interventions are implemented will play a major role in achieving the sustainable development goals and our ambition for a pollution-free world. A robust analysis of newly developed tools and methods and their implementation across multiple sectors and scales is critically important to advance the beneficial implementation of industrial ecology goals in society.

The aim of this Industrial Ecology ConferenceIIECON-2025 – is to bring together researchers studying industrial ecology and its allied fields to share emerging scientific methodologies, latest industrial processes, new analytical tools and key insights that are critical to advance beneficial implementation of sustainable industrial development. The conference's theme this year is 'Encouraging Innovation to Enhance Environmental Sustainability'.

The conference mainly focuses on environmental impacts of industrial production processes by tracking and analyzing resource use and flows of industrial products, consumer products, and wastes. It will further highlight advances in green technologies including renewable energy, economics and sustainability and the future of nuclear energy. It will bring together both young leaders and seasoned investigators who are at the forefront of their field. IIECON-2025 provides opportunities for budding researchers and graduate students to present their work in short talks and posters and exchange ideas with leaders in the field, across academia and industry.

This will be a unique opportunity for younger scientists to meet and discuss their work and to build collaborative networks that will be the ground for developing cutting edge research in the field in the future. Participants taking part in this session will be able to improve their scientific approaches by sharing their experiences and gaining expert knowledge to advance their research and career goals.

The conference is organized into different sessions focusing on core industrial ecology methods and their implementation across cities, regions, and nations. Discussions will be organized to explore effective ways to share knowledge and research insights with professionals representing scientific and industrial communities so that the implementation of industrial ecology strategies becomes practical and actionable.

IIECON-2025 offers a wonderful opportunity for professionals from industry and academia to share their ideas, knowledge and experiences in the form of discussions, debates, live interactions, workshops, poster presentations and brainstorming sessions.

Speakers will talk about how to understand emergent behavior of complex integrated human/natural systems and will provide deep insights on sustainability involving different aspects of technology, environment and economy. The sessions will further enhance the participants’ knowledge to proceed in their profession and career.

An important factor in this field is the development and implementation of novel strategies that aid in understanding how to design sustainable industrial systems. Participants will discuss the challenges and opportunities available to accelerate new technologies that help in building a better world for future generations.

Objectives:

                  ·    Dedicated to provide innovate solutions to challenges in Industrial Ecology and its related fields.
